A Not This Time half-brother (hip 181) to GISW Tapit Trice (Tapit) brought $2.1-million just two hips from the end of Monday's Book 1 opener at Keeneland September, selling to J.S. Company Ltd.

The ticket was signed by Japan's Yoshito Yahagi, the trainer of Breeders' Cup Classic winner Forever Young (Jpn) (Real Steel {Jpn}).

Out of a half-sister to champion 2-year-old filly Jaywalk (Cross Traffic), the colt was bred in Kentucky by Gainesway Thoroughbreds and consigned Monday by his breeder.

“A very nice pedigree and very nice confirmation,” Yahagi said, while also confirming that the colt would travel to Japan.
