    Hi There, i am Des's Grandson Brett. We have just recently obtained audio from his ride on Fox Myth to win the wellington cup in 1956 Poppa was a true gentleman of the Sport. I couldn't think of a better Role Model in my life. He has left a huge whole in our family. So nice to read all the comments about his Career. Regards Brett
