So after almost totally ignoring the 2 two rules..."no flank strikes"..."no use forward of the shoulder' aka the forehand position pointing skywards, bashing the poor sods over the head contacting the eyes, ears, pole, general head region as evidenced by many I've sent the shocking images to

Did the recently sent image of CEO NZTR Mr. Bellesty's horse QUELLO DOLCE having her ear flattened x2 in the home straight have anything to do with RIB's sudden change of heart I wonder?

Even serial offenders like Leah Hemi, Kelly Myers have suddenly stopped their head bashings...still ILLEGALLY contacting the neck with the non padded section though

It was really too much to expect total compliance I guess
