Well at the risk of incurring the derision of the normal suspects...
I have used the “new and improved” site for both days of this weekend and figured out how to do most things. So not shooting from the hip. The point is when you can do what you wanted with the “old” site, but far quicker, then it is not an improvement. End of story.
I prefer trifecta betting and quite a few are of the Running Banker type. Now I have to press the Trifecta option on the top menu to totally change the form and then “standard” option as it defaults to “boxed” and then “roving banker”. Then hope the options of per horse ( and as 3 lines per horse means you have to scroll up and down the form, unlike the old app) actually register ( sometimes they just didn’t). Then you have to go to the top menu banner and select the Betslip to open that. Finally enter the amount and finally the Place Bets ( on bottom - half cut off on an iPad). Whew made it. Damn the race has already started
As for Treble or Quaddies, a mission in endurance more than the above. Everything was on one page on the “old” site. Not anymore.
Can I see my live bets summary on one page? no, you have to click each “ pending” option line by line. I could go on but this is long enough. So after using it this weekend, would I go back to the “old” site if given the choice? You betcha! In a heartbeat. I guess that makes me an old reactionary, and a hater of change? Well no, I just want to spend more time watching the races and less time navigating form after form, option after option. I am all concentrated out. Time for a rest next weekend.
