She was a great mudlark stayer, but didn’t they carve up the field at the 300m! i backed her that day in a multi, so didn’t notice a wee bit of argy bargy at the time (a full wallet tends to colour your experience). Can’t remember if the jockey was fined/suspended?

I love a two-mile race and this is the best Sydney Cup field I can remember. I’m liking the Japanese horse, Prestwick, with Moreira up. Apparently likes it right handed, and wants a firm track and good pace on - he’ll get all that. Who shot thebarman was finishing better than anything in the Tancred, and has to be a great place bet here. Thoughts?
