Journalists Wandering Eyes Posted September 28, 2023 Journalists Posted September 28, 2023 Fasig-Tipton's online catalogue has 1,605 yearlings for its Kentucky October Yearlings Sale, which will be held Oct. 23-26 in Lexington, Kentucky, the auction house said in a release Thursday morning. The four consecutive sessions, conducted Monday-Thursday, will begin each day at 10 a.m. (ET). “Kentucky October has developed into one of the most important yearling sales in the country,” said Fasig-Tipton President Boyd Browning. “Every major sire in North America is represented in this catalogue, and the sale's graduates continue to perform at the highest levels. October is a sale not to be missed.” The catalogue will also be available via the Equineline sales catalogue app. Print versions will be available on-site in Lexington. “This year's catalogue cover features Goodnight Olive– winner of last year's Breeders' Cup Filly and Mare Sprint on her way to being named Eclipse Champion Female Sprinter–as well as multiple Grade I winner Taiba,” Browning added. “They are just the latest stars in a long line of top horses to come out of October in recent years.” Online bidding and phone bidding services will be available.
