This edition of the sale features 47 hips, including in-foal broodmares, open mares, racing prospects, yearlings and weanlings. Among the horses catalogued are: Sweet Lady Brown (Constitution), a 5-year-old broodmare out of a half-sister to GI Belmont S. winner Palace Malice, offered in foal to Maximus Mischief. Rosedale Arch (Arch), a 12-year-old mare offered in foal to Peace and Justice. She is the producer of two winners from two starters by that same sire. An Indiana-bred 2-year-old colt by Maximus Mischief offered as a racing prospect. An Arkansas-bred weanling filly by Flameaway, the third leading sire by wins among first-crop stallions. The filly is from the same family as Fancy Kitten, dam of Breeders' Cup contenders Jasper Krone (Frosted) and Ngannou (Mendelssohn). Wanamaker's, which hosts monthly online Thoroughbred auctions, will open bidding Thursday, Oct. 26 at 8:00 a.m. ET, with the first listing set to close at 5:00 p.m. Subsequent listings will close in three-minute increments.
