You’re wrong - fixed odds never offered on HK racing as TAB NZ is a commingling tote partner of HKJC.

tab.com.au don’t offer them either, tote betting only!

TAB.com.au and TAB NZ commingle into HK pools for HK Racing. Hence the pools are so large

Obviously not partners with hkjc…hkjc does not offer fixed odds apart from jockey challenge. Would be part of any deal no doubt, partner with us but don’t offer fixed odds

Interesting.  I see when commingling occurs the betting rules are governed by the totalisator holding the pools.  Therefore different takeout rates apply.  Not sure about Hong Kong but some jurisdictions take 25% out of exotics.
