John McDonnell Joins Tattersalls Ireland Team

John McDonnell has been appointed as a new marketing executive with Tattersalls Ireland, the sales company announced on Wednesday.

The Clonmel, Co. Tipperary native was MC at Naas and Dundalk, and joins Tattersalls Ireland from Bar One Racing, where he was involved in their retail broadcasting department.

Tattersalls Ireland CEO Simon Kerins said of the BHA Development Programme grad, “We are delighted to welcome John to Tattersalls Ireland. He possesses a strong rounded knowledge of the industry, and brings a great deal of enthusiasm to this role. We look forward to seeing him develop and making his mark within Tattersalls Ireland.”

Added McDonnell, who spent over 10 years with Boylesports and now has a masters in Digital Marketing Practice from South East Technological University, “I'm thrilled to be now part of the team at Tattersalls Ireland. I look forward to working on exciting projects, seeing familiar faces through the sales calendar, and building new relationships.”
