Storm Boy out to extend unbeaten start in Skyline Stakes

In preparation for the highly anticipated Group 1 Golden Slipper (1200m) on March 23, co-trainer Adrian Bott expresses confidence in Storm Boy’s readiness as he gears up for the Group 2 Skyline Stakes (1200m) this Saturday.

Storm Boy, a promising son of Justify, boasts an unblemished record in his three starts, securing victories in the Group 3 BJ McLachlan Stakes (1200m) and the Magic Millions 2YO Classic (1200m).

Bott, who collaborates with Gai Waterhouse in the training partnership, emphasises the significance of the upcoming 1200-metre race in conditioning Storm Boy for the Golden Slipper.

“Obviously, it is an important race for him. It’s a 1200-metre race that will really condition him for that SlipperHorse racing bookmakers have Storm Boy as a -384.62 favourite for the Skyline Stakes.
