The accomplished filly who won the GI Kentucky Oaks back in May, was a short-priced favorite in the race. Not backing down from challengers here, the 3-year-old tracked Mystic Lake (Mo Town) into the first turn. Looking for a way through around the far turn, the Ken McPeek trainee finally got free and began to fight alongside Gun Song (Gun Runner). In the end, the so-called 'Grizzly Bear' won out and earned her prize. The final running time was 1:45.45. Lifetime Record: 9-7-2-0. Sales History: FTKOCT '22 $40,000.
