Stakes winner Counterforce (Smart Strike–Achieving, by Bernardini) will enter stud for the 2019 season at Road’s End Farm near Abbotsford, British Columbia.

The 5-year-old will stand for a fee of $2,000, Canadian funds, as the property of a partnership.

Counterforce posted a record of 24-5-7-5 and earnings of $323,708. He won Oaklawn’s 2016 Bachelor S.

His third dam is 2007 Broodmare of the Year Better Than Honour.
