Following the cancellation, track officials were in the process of further evaluating the racing surface. Laurel is scheduled to host another nine-race program Saturday headlined by three stakes races – the 6 1/2-furlong Willa On the Move, and six-furlong Dave's Friend and 1 1/8-mile Richard W. Small.
