Anthony Stroud was the underbidder. Sold by Malcolm Bastard as lot 143, the April foal is out of the nine-time winner Show Stealer (GB) (Showcasing {GB}). He was bred by Max Weston, and was picked up for 55,000gns out of the 2023 Tattersalls December Foal Sale by Harlequin Direct. Earlier in the day, Amo picked up lot 123, a son of Starspangledbanner (Aus) and Red Square (Ire) (Frankel {GB}), for 280,000gns to go with their four-strong haul during Tuesday's opening session. has it even been 24hrs since the record price was set at the #tattscraven?
