Owner Tony Ottobre confirmed the decision to Racing.com on Tuesday morning, with connections believing the space between runs would set the three-time Group One winner up perfectly for a tilt at the Gr.1 Doomben Cup (2000m) in Brisbane in four weeks. Craig Newitt will ride on Saturday with Pride Of Jenni to carry 61kg.
