Journalists Wandering Eyes Posted yesterday at 01:09 PM Journalists Share Posted yesterday at 01:09 PM Bringing yet more success to the Francis-Henri Graffard stable in 2025, White Birch Farm's Gezora emulated the 2006 Prix Saint-Alary success of her dam Germance at ParisLongchamp on Sunday. Sent off at 6-1 for the former Group 1 contest, now a level below carrying the sponsors' “Auguste Rodin Coolmore” title, last year's G3 Prix des Reservoirs winner was anchored behind the leading pair early by Mickael Barzalona. Showing the sharpest acceleration of the quartet in the straight, the daughter of Almanzor who had been third behind Mandanaba and Flaming Stone in the course-and-distance G3 Prix Vanteaux last month took over from the latter 300 metres from the finish before seeing off her stablemate, Dubawi's 1-2 favourite Audubon Park, by 1 1/4 lengths. Surprise in the Prix Saint-Alary! Hot favourite Audubon Park is beaten by her stablemate Gezora who swoops late to land the Group Two prize for @GraffardRacing! pic.twitter.com/a0FJpuO507 — At The Races (@AtTheRaces) May 11, 2025 The post Almanzor’s Gezora Wins The Saint Alary For White Birch And Graffard appeared first on TDN | Thoroughbred Daily News | Horse Racing News, Results and Video | Thoroughbred Breeding and Auctions.
