Winn has previously warned of endemic Asian atitudes of accepted business practise here...I.e bribes, money laundering, Police Corruption etc. Now the Asian Crime Syndicate owned Citibet is taking bets on NZ Racing...what hold do they have here?? ...are the RIU onto it with their one man band illegal betting analyst.... ...who made a major coup the other day in picking up Jockey Timmy Johnson for winning 4 Hundy...or was it 3?
