"Snapshots of TV Replays alledgedly depicting breaches of the whip rules will be allowed only at BOAY's administrator's discretion.  The minimum threshold for publication is the picture must be accompanied by details of the date, race meeting, race number and horse number/name. 

This is to avoid manipulation of snapshots to support the posters argument (crusade?) which has occurred previously on BOAY.  

If you don't follow this process then a 3 step process of moderation will begin.  Note BOAY has the loosest membership and moderation policy in NZ Racing e.g. you are not banned here because your opinion is different to the owners....thanks"

I want to share before/after piks of the Trentham Steeplechase 'safety set up' from last year to this years bollocks

YOU yes YOU, didn't have the grace to even allow moi me to get to FIRST base...it was STRAIGHT to "3 step process" time...like an old girlfriend said "first you must start at the bottom and work your way up the steps"...
