The longest shot on the board, 21-1 PRAYING (f, 3, Vekoma–Pray for Leslie, by Bernardini) had hers answered when she scored in great style in Saturday's GIII Prioress at Saratoga under Eric Cancel. Sitting fourth up the backstretch, the Robert Medina runner made a bold bid into the far turn, circled the field at the quarter pole and put quickly pacesetter Long Neck Paula (Uncle Mo) behind her to come home clear. Favored 'TDN Rising Star' Delightful Claire (Thousand Words) spent most of the race at the back and just got rolling late to grab second while well back of the winner. Lifetime Record: 8-2-4-0.

O-Newtown Anner Stud Farm; B-Jeff Kerber; T-Robert Medina. Sales History: $130,000 ylg '23 KEESEP, $410,000 2yo '24 OBSAPR.
