50M out, just when RAMBLING ON looks to level with THAT'S GOLD, Collett drops 2 consecutive whip strikes, not to mention her usual illegal whip barrage in and around the neck/head

But get this, due to the race NOT being Black Type, her fine was a piddling 1k when an 80K listed race would attract a 50% fine

Should've been 50% of $8750...$4375

Basically gets away with a smacked hand for blatant cheating

"didn't look appropriately located"  doesn't sound as if you are convinced.   Are you and @Thomass having your Sunday review sessions while you count your punting losses from the day before?  Who holds the remote?  Or do you have one of those mouse type arrangements with the ball like a third umpire?

It looks bad but you'd need the HD stipes vision to be totally evidential. They already said those two were strikes though and they are nowhere near the rump.
