There has been suggestions of a large Auckland developer doing a heap of due diligence including discussions with Council about zoning changes from currently allowable lifestyle blocks to medium and high density housing. But my money is on it being sold to one of the large power companies who can then utilise the existing pylons running through the property to build a solar farm, And won't that upset the locals big time !!!
