Fund Flows was acquired for 375,000gns ($504,258) at the 2024 Tattersalls October Sale, considerably more expensive than Klaravich's MGISW Domestic Spending (GB) and other graded scorers Technical Analysis (Ire), Public Sector (GB) and Redistricting (GB) sourced from the same auction house. TJCIS PPs 5th-FG, $54k, Msw, 3yo, 1mT, 3:45 p.m. ET DEERFIELD (Twirling Candy), whose dam Lightscameraaction (Will Take Charge) was second in the Juvenile Fillies Stakes at Kentucky Downs and third in the GII Pocahontas Stakes in the space of two weeks, was a $120,000 KEESEP yearling and was purchased by Lael Stable for $450,000 at last year's OBS March Sale. Second dam Stop the Lights was a Storm Cat daughter of MGISW Stop Traffic (Cure the Blues), the dam of GISW sire Cross Traffic (Unbridled's Song), MSW Thirteen Arrows (Indian Charlie) and SW Exodus (Medaglia d'Oro). Barry and Joni Butzow homebred Breakaway (Candy Ride {Arg}) is a homebred half-brother to the graded stakes-winning 'TDN Rising Star' presented by Hagyard Zozos (Munnings). An Apr. 30 foal who also cost $390,000 at Keeneland November, the dark bay looks to become the third winner in as many starters out of 2019 GIII Indiana Oaks third Sundaysatthebeach (Medaglia d'Oro), whose son First World War (War Front) won the GIII Kitten's Joy Stakes and GIII Penn Mile Stakes in 2024. Baffert's also starts Crude Velocity (Beau Liam), purchased as a yearling for $3,000 during the Fasig-Tipton Digital Sale in December 2024 before blossoming into a $250,000 OBS June 2-year-old; and Embry Show (Modernist), a $12,000 KEENOV weanling who RNAd for $35,000 at OBSOCT and improved into a $300,000 OBS June purchase. Decisive Win (Nyquist), a $200,000 KEENOV weanling and $600,000 Fasig-Tipton Midlantic breezer, is out of a half-sister to MGSW Private Mission (Into Mischief) and goes out for trainer Chief Stipe O'Neill. TJCIS PPs 7th-SA, $70k, Msw, 3yo, f, 6fT, 6:09 p.m. ET LNJ Foxwoods' MADDOG (Into Mischief) debuts over the same course where her dam Dogtag (War Front) amassed a record of 2-3-1 from six appearances for LNJ, including a victory in the 2020 Possibly Perfect Stakes and four placings at the graded level, capped by a close third-place effort in the 2021 GI Rodeo Drive Stakes. The filly's female family includes Sovereign Award winner Caitlinhergrtness (Omaha Beach) and the influential sires Street Cry (Ire) and Shamaradal. Everything Good (Charlatan) was acquired in utero for $320,000 at the 2022 Keeneland November Sale and was sold on for $400,000 at Fasig-Tipton October in 2024. The chestnut is out of an unraced daughter of MGSW & MGISP Paid Up Subscriber (Candy Ride {Arg}). Somerset West (Kantharos) is a homebred daughter of Constantia (Munnings), a stakes winner and Grade II-placed sprinting over this turf course and a half-sister to MGSW & GISP Kirstenbosch (Midnight Lute).
