The Thoroughbred Owners of California is hosting orientations for new owners at Santa Anita and Golden Gate Fields Feb. 23 at 11 a.m. The orientations, which are open to the public and are geared towards new and prospective owners, will include visits to the offices of CHRB, paymaster, racing, track photographer and CARMA.
