Journalists Wandering Eyes Posted April 2, 2019 Journalists Share Posted April 2, 2019 Handle at the 60-day Aqueduct winter meet, which ran from Dec. 7 to Mar. 31, generated all-sources handle of $335,521,091, a 14.2% increase over 2017-18, NYRA announced Tuesday. On-track handle was $40,881,947, a 20.1% increase over the corresponding dates in 2017-18, which included 53 days of live racing. Average daily handle over the course of the 60 days of live racing was $5,592,018, a 1% increase over 2018. The 12-day Aqueduct spring meet begins Friday.
