After hearing the Trainers explanation, no penalty was imposed but the Trainers were advised to exercise more care in future. HOT CHILLI completed a satisfactory trial and is now cleared to race. The joke that is GRNZ continues, how can a dog even be nominated while still under a stand-down, although the connections should have known surely it is up to the association to ensure this can’t occur, to warn the connections is a joke, they should be warning themselves!
