Irish-based trainer Michael O’Callaghan sends a pair of horses-in-training through the ring in sophomore filly Bodhicitta (GB) (Showcasing {GB}) (lot 133) and Geneticist (Ire) (Footstepsinthesand {GB}) (lot 134). Rated at 86 on Timeform, the former has placed and hails from the extended family of MGSW & G1SP Fracas (Ire) (In the Wings {GB}) and MG1SW La Collina (Ire) (Strategic Prince {GB}). Geneticist broke his maiden at Limerick on Saturday (video) and Timeform ranks him at 90p. His dam is a half-sister to GSW Moon Unit (Ire) (Intikhab)and his third dam produced European highweight Old Vic (GB) (Sadler’s Wells). The juveniles comprise lot 174A, a colt by Hard Spun out of the winning You Make Luvin Fun (A.P. Indy) from the draft of Friars Lough Stables; a Kodiac (GB) filly (lot 207A) from Yeomanstown Stud from the winning Dolphina (Kingmambo), who is out of Grade III victress Sea of Showers (Seattle Slew); and a Hot Streak (Ire)-Royal Sister Two (Ire) (Teofilo {Ire}) colt as lot 310A, consigned by Mayfield Stables.
