Journalists Wandering Eyes Posted May 24, 2019 Journalists Share Posted May 24, 2019 The Maryland Jockey Club has put together a schedule of 42 stakes with $4.275 million through the end of 2019. The Pimlico meet concludes Monday and racing returns to Laurel, which will offer 13 stakes worth $1.1 million during their summer meet that runs May 31 through Aug. 18. Laurel’s fall meet will behind Sept. 6 with two Super Saturdays, starting with Sept. 21, which will feature eight stakes worth $1.2 million, topped by the GIII De Francis Memorial Dash and the GIII Baltimore-Washington International Turf Cup.
