WORLD OF TROUBLE (c, 4, Kantharos–Meets Expectations, by Valid Expectations) proved too good for his foes in the GI Jaipur Invitational S., taking them from gate-to-wire for a gutsy score. Quickest away from the stalls as always, the 2-5 chalk zipped through an opening quarter in:21.99 and a half in :43.85 with Belvoir Bay (GB) (Equiano {Fr}) tracking from second. A few foes moved in at the top of the stretch, but World of Trouble had not hit bottom yet and kept on finding to register a 1 1/2-length score in 1:06.32. Om (Munnings) completed the exacta. Capturing multiple stakes with ease last term, World of Trouble missed by a neck in the GI Breeders’ Cup Turf Sprint Nov. 3 and kicked off this term with a win in the off-the-turf Gulfstream Turf Sprint S. Jan. 26. Scoring his first Grade I on dirt in Aqueduct’s Carter H. in April, he captured the GII Twin Spires Turf Sprint S. at Churchill May 3. Lifetime Record: 13-9-2-1.
