Tracking Ballydoyle’s pacemaker Hunting Horn (Ire) (Camelot {GB}) under Frankie Dettori, the 3-1 second favourite struck the front before the two-furlong pole and held Galileo’s pair Magical (Ire) and Waldgeist (GB) safely at bay despite running around in the clear to beat the former by just over a length.
