Saturday at Monmouth Park, becoming the first stakes winner for her freshman sire. The 3-5 favorite attended the pace through an opening quarter in :20.03 over the firm turf course. She overtook the lead after a half in :44.24 and drew clear despite drifting out down the lane to complete the five furlongs in :57.08. Slap Happy (Ire) (Kodiac {GB}) was second and Now Is (Sidney’s Candy) was third. Tabbed a ‘TDN Rising Star’ after a front-running three-length debut win at Belmont Park May 25, the bay filly traveled to Royal Ascot and finished 15th in the June 19 Windsor Castle S. last time out.
