Together with her husband Carlos, who was seen riding Noble Indy in preparation for the Derby, they have spent many years working for Todd. The most common thing you hear to describe Maria is that we wish we could clone her! She never stops working and always does it with a smile on her face. In addition to walking horses and maintaining the shedrow, she can often be found planting flowers in front of the barn. Maria is always at the barn first thing in the morning, comes back in the afternoons and then stays late to do an evening shift of night watch!
