A colt by Kingman (GB) (lot 475) brought a winning bid of 1.8 million guineas from MV Magnier to take the lead during the third session of the Tattersalls October Yearling Sale Book 1 on Thursday. Out of the Australian GSW One Last Dance (Aus) (Encosta de Lago {Aus}), the Hazelwood Bloodstock offering was bred by Fairway Thoroughbreds. This is the extended family of Japanese champion 2-year-old colt Satono Ares (Jpn) (Deep Impact {Jpn}).
