Multiple graded stakes winner Fear the Cowboy (Cowboy Cal–Whom Shall I Fear, by Soto) has been retired to stand at Glasses Creek Ranch in Oklahoma in a deal brokered by Chad Schumer Bloodstock. The 7-year-old stallion won the 2017 GIII Skip Away S. and GIII Harlan’s Holiday S. He was third in last year’s GI Santa Anita H. and fourth in the GI Pegasus World Cup Invitational. On the board in 21 of 31 starts, Fear the Cowboy won nine times and earned $1,774,369. A stud fee will be announced at a later date.
