Facing just three foes here, she looked a shoe-in on paper despite the added distance and was backed down to prohibitive 1-5 odds. Tracking the top two while well off the inside through splits of :24.38 and :48.71, she took over turning for home and built on her advantage as she pleased, crossing the line some dozen lengths in front before stopping the clock in 1:45.57.
