Ed Chamberlin of ITV Racing will host the Godolphin Stud and Stable Staff Awards at The Underglobe in London, UK on Feb. 24, 2020. Chamberlin, a SJA Broadcaster of the Year, also hosted the awards in 2018. Amateur jockey Captain Guy Disney, a member of the sport’s Diversity in Racing Steering Group and seven-time HWPA Broadcaster of the Year Nick Luck have been named new judges, after Tabbi Smith and Rishi Persad have both stepped down from that role.

“It will be a real thrill to present the awards again in 2020 and it is always one of the great nights of the year,” said Chamberlin of the Awards, which provide £128,000 in total prize money. “Those who look after racing’s equine stars have always been an integral part of ITV Racing’s coverage, and I’ve no doubt we’ll hear more inspirational examples of their love and passion for racing in February at the awards ceremony. And, this is just a reminder to please nominate.”

The nominations for the 2020 Godolphin Stud and Stable Staff Awards, sponsored by Godolphin and run by the British Horseracing Authority (BHA) in association with the Racing Post and Racing TV, close on Nov. 12. Go to www.studandstablestaffawards.co.uk to nominate.
