The National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame will debut the third season of its Foal Patrol online Dec. 27 at www.foalpatrol.com. The program allows fans to follow the daily activities of in-foal mares via a collection of live cameras. The museum will announce the farms and mares participating in the season beginning next week.
