Journalists Wandering Eyes Posted November 6, 2019 Journalists Share Posted November 6, 2019 Lil Indy (Anasheed–Cresta Lil, by Cresta Rider), the dam of leading sophomore MGISW Maximum Security (New Year’s Day), brought $1.85 million from Summer Wind Farm early on day one of the Keeneland November Sale. The 12-year-old, consigned by Lane’s End, agent (Hip 13), is in foal to Quality Road. She is a half-sister to MGISW Flat Out (Flatter). Lil Indy, a winner of two of 19 career starts, brought $11,000 from South Korean interests at this sale in 2018. By the time Maximum Security was infamously disqualified from the GI Kentucky Derby on the first Saturday in May, Lil Indy was already back in the U.S. following a private purchase by SF Bloodstock.
