Sixty-four of his first yearlings sold for an average of $129,996 and a median of $96,408 from 73 lots offered. He leads all first-crop European sires in that regard and sits 16th among all European sires. Olympic Glory (Ire) (Choisir {Aus}), who sired his first Group 1 winner with Watch Me (Fr) in the G1 Coronation S., commands €10,000, while €8,000 is the going rate for Toronado (Ire) (High Chaparral {Ire}). Three Group 1-winning sires have their first yearlings in 2020: Al Wukair (Ire) (Dream Ahead) at €7,000, Zelzal (Fr) (Sea The Stars {Ire}) at that same price and Ectot (GB) (Hurricane Run {Ire}) at €5,000. G1 Prix d’Ispahan victor Mekhtaal (GB) (Sea The Stars {Ire}) has his first foals next year and holds court at €4,000. New addition Ruler of the World (Ire) (Galileo {Ire}), whose MG1SW Iridessa (Ire) just added the GI Breeders’ Cup Filly & Mare Turf, is advertised at €6,000.
