Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s $1.2-million Keeneland September acquisition AL QAQAA (War Front) ran fourth behind the TDN Rising Star performance of Kinross (GB) (Kingman {GB}) at Newmarket last month and gets a second chance for William Haggas in this synthetic bow. His one dozen rivals feature Prince A A Faisal’s homebred newcomer Colonize (GB) (Empire Maker), who is a John Gosden-trained son of G1 Gran Criterium victress Nayarra (Ire) (Cape Cross {Ire}).
