Journalists Wandering Eyes Posted November 8, 2019 Journalists Share Posted November 8, 2019 Capri (Ire) (Galileo {Ire}-Dialafara {Fr}, by Anabaa), winner of the 2017 G1 Irish Derby and G1 St Leger for the Coolmore partners, has been retired to the National Hunt ranks at Grange Stud. Capri also won the G2 Beresford S. at two. “Capri is a fine, big horse with a good head and a great walk,” Albert Sherwood of Grange Stud said. “He was a very high-class 2-year-old and defeated all the best middle-distance colts of his generation as a 3-year-old before again showing high-class form at four. We couldn’t be more delighted that he’s coming to Grange.” The post Capri Joins National Hunt Ranks appeared first on TDN | Thoroughbred Daily News | Horse Racing News, Results and Video | Thoroughbred Breeding and Auctions.
