The Baums acquired Reaching for $675K in foal to Frankel (GB) at KEENOV in 2013. The late March foal’s third dam is Blush With Pride (Blusing Groom {Fr}), whose GSW/MGISP daughter Better Than Honour (Deputy Minister) dropped GI Belmont S. winners Rags to Riches (A.P. Indy). The latter was responsible for 2006 Eclipse Award-winning 3-year-old filly Wait a While (Maria’s Mon), a three-time Grade I winner on the grass, but also third in the GI Kentucky Oaks.
