Journalists Wandering Eyes Posted November 10, 2019 Journalists Share Posted November 10, 2019 A gelded yearling son of Doctor Dino (Fr), Ecrin Vert (Fr) (lot 50), topped the first day of selling at the Tattersalls Ireland November National Hunt Sale, bringing €100,000 from Oak Tree Farm’s Norman Williamson. Consigned by John Dwan’s Ballyreddin Stud, the pinhook store horse prospect is out of a winning full-sister to Grade 3 chase winner Ladies Choice (Fr) (Turgeon), listed-winning hurdler Ladytown (Fr) (Turgeon) and SP hurdler Ladies Vision (Fr) (Turgeon). The half-day session saw 41 lots sold for a total of €535,200, a median of €9,000 (+13%) and an average of €13,054 (+6%). Monday’s session begins at 10 a.m. with the weanling portion of the sale.
