Lot 294, a colt by reining champion National Hunt sire Flemensfirth (Alleged) from the family of Grade 1 hurdler Clondaw Warrior (Ire) (Overbury {Ire}) topped the first weanling session of the Tattersalls Ireland November National Hunt Sale on Monday. Sold for €62,000 out of the Ballincurrig House Stud draft, the bay was purchased by Timmy Hillman of Castledillon Stud. One hundred sixty-eight lots (68%) found new homes for a gross of €2,039,400. The median rose to €10,000 (+18%), while the average rose four points to €12,139.
