Sold as lot 432 for €150,000 from Haras de la Croix Sonnet, the National Hunt yearling is a half-brother to G3 Prix Sagan victress Messagere (Fr) (Saint des Saints {Fr}). Two more yearling lots broke into six-figure territory on Tuesday, The Channel Consignment’s lot 309, Vincenzo (Fr) (Doctor Dino {Fr}) brought €130,000 from Highflyer Bloodstock; while Saubouas Bloodstock was back in action for Kovas Has (Fr) (Ballingarry {Ire}) (lot 405) at €105,000 from Hamel Stud. Topping the 2-year-old store horses was AQPS Hgranca de Thaix (Fr) (Saddler Maker {Ire}) (lot 272) at €85,000. TJ Bloodstock struck for the Haras de Cercy offering, who is a half-brother to G1SP AQPS hurdler Volca de Thaix (Fr) (Voix du Nord {Fr}) and the dam of Grade 1 winning AQPS jumper Dica de Thaix (Fr) (Voix du Nord {Fr}). At the end fo selling on Tuesday, 157 stores and yearlings (75.5%) were marked as sold from 208 offered. The gross was €4,188,000, while the average rose to €26,675 (+20%). The median also improved 25% to €20,000. The final day of the sale begins at 11 a.m. local time and exclusively features flat yearlings.
