Journalists Wandering Eyes Posted December 17, 2019 Journalists Share Posted December 17, 2019 The dams of two recent graded stakes winners–Inflamed (Unusual Heat), whose first foal, Mo Forza (Uncle Mo), won the Nov. 30 GI Hollywood Derby at Del Mar, and multiple graded stakes winner Pomeroys Pistol (Pomeroy), dam of Dec. 7 GII Los Alamitos Futurity winner Thousand Words (Pioneerof the Nile)–have been supplemented to the Keeneland January Horses of All Ages Sale, to be held Jan. 13-17 in Lexington. Glen Hill Farm has consigned Inflamed, in foal to Tapiture, while Brookdale Sales, agent for Hardacre Farm, has consigned Pomeroys Pistol. Both mares will be sold on the Jan. 14 second session of the five-day auction. Another notable supplement is Enaya Alrabb (Uncle Mo), a Grade I-placed filly by Uncle Mo and from the family of Horse of the Year Rachel Alexandra (Medaglia d’Oro). Second in the 2018 GI Starlet S. and 2019 GII Las Virgenes S., Enaya Alrabb is consigned by Paramount Sales, agent, and cataloged as a broodmare prospect.
