Grade I winner Concrete Rose (Twirling Candy) has been named the 2019 Aiken Trained Horse of the Year by the Aiken Thoroughbred Racing Hall of Fame and Museum. She trained at Aiken under Justin Wojczynski.

Opening her career in 2018 with a pair of wins, including the GII Jessamine S., Concrete Rose was a perfect four-for-four in 2019 with wins in the GIII Florida Oaks Mar. 9, GIII Edgewood S. May 3, GI Belmont Oaks July 6 and the inaugural Saratoga Oaks Aug. 2.
