Journalists Wandering Eyes Posted December 23, 2019 Journalists Share Posted December 23, 2019 Gulfstream Park closed its main track for training Monday morning after nearly 13 inches of rain fell overnight across the area. Horses were relocated when heavy rain, high tides and a loss of power overnight left some of Gulfstream’s older barns partially flooded. By Monday morning water began to recede and pumps were being used to alleviate the flooding. Horses moved were provided fresh bedding and feed, according to a release from the track.
