Journalists Wandering Eyes Posted February 1, 2020 Journalists Share Posted February 1, 2020 Grade I winner Green Light Go (Point of Entry) and the well-regarded Untitled (Khozan) were supposed to be the star turns in Saturday’s GIII Swale S., but MISCHIEVIOUS ALEX (c, 3, Into Mischief–White Pants Night, by Speightstown) failed to read the script and turned the race into a one-horse affair. Swiftly into stride from the inside post, the last-out winner of the Parx Juvenile S. held inside position at the fence as the two market leaders lingered behind. Both Green Light Go and Untitled were up and down approaching the stretch, but Mischievious Alex had plenty left and shot clear en route to an eight-length romp. Shivaree (Awesome of Course) outfinished Green Light Go for second, while Untitled, who raced keenly in the early stages, could do no better than fourth. Mischievious Alex is the 27th graded winner for Into Mischief, who was represented minutes earlier by first-time starter winner Clivetty across the country at Santa Anita. Lifetime Record: 6-3-1-1. O-Cash Is King LLC & LC Racing LLC; B-WinStar Farm LLC (KY); T-John Servis.
