Newmarket’s seven races are headed by the 2000 Guineas, where European Champion 2-Year-Old Colt Pinatubo (Ire) (Shamardal) is expected to take part. Meanwhile in Japan the next day, the 1600-metre G1 Yasuda Kinen features Japanese Horse of the Year Almond Eye (Jpn) (Lord Kanaloa {Jpn}) and the race will be simulcast live from Tokyo Racecourse during the Sha Tin races. The full schedule for Newmarket on June 6th is as follows: S1-1 08:15 p.m. 4yo/up 86-105 Hcp. S1-2 08:50 p.m. G3 Palace House S. S1-3 09:25 p.m. G2 Dahlia Fillies’ S. S1-4 10:00 p.m. Newmarket S. S1-5 10:35 p.m. G1 English 2000 Guineas S1-6 11:10 p.m. 4yo/up 71-90 Hcp. S1-7 11:45 p.m. 4yo/up 86-105 Hcp. For the Yasuda Kinen, it will be shown at 2:40 p.m. Final declarations for the Newmarket card will be available on the morning of Friday, June 5th, the same for the Yasuda Kinen.
