The chestnut colt captured the G3 Prix du Bois at Chantilly last June, before RNA’ing for £725,000 at last summer’s Goffs London sale and was scratched from an expected start in the G2 Norfolk S. at Royal Ascot over ground concerns. He was last seen finishing 10th at the Glorious Goodwood meet in the G3 Molecomb S. July 31. Ward also saddles the returning Cambria (Speightstown), the lone filly in the field. A homebred for Stonestreet Stables, the chestnut filly opened her career with three straight wins, including the Sept. 7 Kentucky Downs Juvenile Turf Sprint S. and will be making her first start since finishing ninth in the GII Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Sprint Turf last November.
